Bot Canvas for specific Topic cannot access

Looking to see if anyone ran into this before.  I have a BOT that is pretty long in steps.  All has been working wonderful but as of today whenever we try to access the Canvas for the main topic, the web page just spins and basically ends up timing out.  I cannot figure out a fix or a workaround.
