Custom icon does not appear in published version

I uploaded a icon of me into the development copilot, but it doesn't appear in the published version. How do I get it to appear?

    If you are using the published bot within Teams, the primary bot icon won't show up there.
     
    Open up Teams channel settings... you will see a place to upload a Teams-specific icon. It can be the same as the other one.

    If you're using the bot within Teams, check Teams channel settings and make sure to upload the icon there, too. The primary bot icon will not carry over to Teams.

    Having the same issue with a published coPilot embedded in a website. In place of icon is just a green dot.

    Have you tried this,
     
    The recommended aspect ratio for avatars in bots is 1:1 (square). PNG is often preferred due to its support for transparency. Keep the file size around 30 KB to ensure fast loading times. Compress the image if necessary, but avoid excessive compression, as it can reduce quality.
