Is there a way to allow SharePoint list contribute access to everyone who goes into the app?

Hi,

So there are two types of access 1) The Power App itself 2) the SP list

1) I do not have the option to share my app across the org. I have to individually add people. Which I dont mind.

2) However it is tedious to also add them to the SP list settings.

Is there a way to allow SharePoint list contribute access to everyone who goes into the app?

Also I do not have the option to add a "group" of the required users to the list settings.

Thanks.

    @wonka1234 ,

    You need to talk to your System Admin and yes - both SharePoint and Power Apps can be shared with the Group.

    How do I make a security group?

    Can the security group be entered in both the app and SP List?

    Hi @wonka1234 ,

    As you have to share the App itself before the user can access it, all you need is a Security Group, which you can share with the App and also SharePoint and then simply add the suers to the Group.
