Hi everybody,

I'm a rookie on powerapps and I'm building an app to mange my vendors, however, I would like to have an approval before I can create a new record, right now I'm facing the fact that the dataverse "add new row" is premium, so I'm trying to avoid that, so far this is my flow

I'm passing the inputs from the users, along to the flow so the add new row can get the information that should be recorded.

Is there a way to patch de table from the flow without use the connector?

Regards,

epardo.

    Hi @epardomtz ,

If you are going to add data to Dataverse, you are going to need a Premium Connector or some sort. If the Flow is triggered from Power Apps, each user will need one. If not you may be able to get away with one from the owner / author of the Flow.

    Hi @WarrenBelz,

Thanks a lot for your answer, so in order to avoid this do you think is better to use sharepoint lists?

    Hi @epardomtz ,

If licence cost is the issue, then yes. SharePoint is a solid reliable and consistent data source. The main limitations (which are generally easily managed) compared with Dataverse is lack of Delegation with in/Search filter and relational queries. I work exclusively in SharePoint.

    Hi @WarrenBelz,

Well, so far yes, the cost is an issue right now, not sure in the near future.

I will move then my tables to sharepoint, despite the idea I had to use the dataverse relational properties.

Thanks a lot for yout time and patience to answer my questions.

    Regards.
