Modern number input issue: missing one digit on publishing

I have 5 labels and 10 number inputs (gray bg) in a page:

and the setting is like below: (right aligned for the first row and middle aligned for the second),

no padding except the right side, since i d like to have the inputs align with the labels

The top screenshot shows how it looks like on developing and preview mode, but after publishing the user could see them like below:

first cell 10 was cut off like 1, hover on and try to copy and paste it you still get 10 but on screen we lose the last digit.

And i set the padding right as 16, it looks different only on preview mode, padding doesn't work for users.

Could any expert help with this, is there any other settings possibly solve this or this could be an issue?

Thank you!

Seems to be a bug lately with the modern number input cutting off the digits.  I'm going back to the classic one until they fix it.
