Custom Form for different lists

Hi everybody

 

I made a custom form (in PowerApps) for one of my lists in the SharePoint.

 

Now I want to use that app in another list as well. Is there any way to copy that app from one list to another? Of course you would need to connect that copy to the other list.

    SharePoint integrated forms that use Power Apps cannot be transferred between lists.
