IVR stopped recognizing DTMF input and switched to male voice as of this morning

The IVR was working fine last week, however once the line opened at 9 am this morning, the customers are hearing the male voice, when last week it was female and it stopped recognizing DTMF input. No changes were made on our side. Anyone is experiencing the similar issues? Any ideas hoe to troubleshoot? Thanks

Same thing for us, any DTMF key presses yields a "Sorry, I am not able to find a related topic."

FYI: Microsoft reply: "... the issue seems like to relate to the Copilot Studio outage today. The rollout currently on the way and the ETA for this will be at the end of today"
