    1. Open Power Apps Studio and navigate to your app.
    2. Check your role and permissions to ensure you can modify connectors and Dataverse elements.
    3. Locate the app in the Apps list and select Edit.
    4. Click on the Data tab in the left menu to view all connected data sources.
    5. Identify the Dataverse connector in the list of data sources.
    6. Click the ellipsis (...) next to the connector and select Remove.
    7. Use the Search feature in Power Apps Studio to find any references to the activitypointers table in the app.
    8. Remove or replace all references to the table in formulas, galleries, or forms.
    9. Test the app to ensure it functions correctly after removing dependencies.
    10. Save and publish your app after making the changes.
    11. Go to Dataverse in Power Apps and select Tables.
    12. Search for the activitypointers table.
    13. If allowed, delete the table; otherwise, evaluate modifying or disabling it if necessary.
    14. Work with your admin to assign a valid Power Apps license or extend the trial plan.
    15. Verify the assigned license under Account Settings - Plans in Power
