Our team uses a PowerApp to input details for submission/approval of manager. The form works correctly for my team except myself. This is in part due to I have access to the service account to create PowerApps/Workflows, but I am not logged in under the service account. When I submit an entry using the PowerApp the created by is listed as our service account versus my user account info. I have logged in an out of Office 365, PowerApps, cleared cache, etc. The created by still continues to list service account on my submissions. Our workflow behind the scenes uses the Get Manager function, which triggers an email to add manager because our service account does not have a manager.
SharePoint list created, PowerApp submissions complete the SharePoint list then Power Automate runs in background to obtain manager approvals etc. Instead of my user credentials being listed (fnln@company.com) as created by in SharePoint list and PowerApp, our service account is being populated. Any ideas on how to fix this issue?
