How do I get the Lable to show in the Radion Group ? Thanks in advance!

Try adding a field to the control with the value:
@BCBuizer Thanks - that works if I enter values like you did, but is there any way to use choice labels? I'm in Dataverse. If I try this I get an error Distinct(WIRSs,'Reference Type') - I can use your work around but wanted to know if I could pull from the choices. Thx
Try setting the Items property to:
Choices(WIRSs.'Reference Type')
