URL error when sharing model-driven app

I will try to write it with my poor English

Hello everyone.
I've built a model-driven app, when sharing it with users, it shows them error messages and they can't see the app.

ErrorError

The error indicates:

The app URL was not found or you need permissions to open it. Please check the URL and try again or contact your system administrator.

Another exercise I did was to delete the cookies, and then they can enter they cannot see all the tables, it shows only one (the one that is by default at startup) and the menu to change the table has disappeared.

I have reviewed the user roles, I have checked that the users belong to the environment and that the roles are in the application and in the users.

    Hi Cristoalarc,

Are you using the built-in user roles, or did you customize them?

I see in the url that you're linking to a specific ID that might have been deleted meanwhile.

Try to access the app without the selectors in the url (= delete everything starting at "&pagetype=.....")

Leaving the direct URL the same thing happens

Have you assigned the environment a sufficient amount of app passes / licenses?

    Good question

    where can i check this

Power Platform Admin Center > Resources > Capacity > Add-Ons > App Passes

However, I feel the issue is with the security role. Form the message, it seems it doesn't have access to read the available apps.

    Screen looks like this

When assigning an environment it shows me the following

And when saving the environment it does not appear in the list on the main screen.
If I check the user permissions, they are these.

It seems that you have no app passes for your users. You'll need them, if your users don't have a Dynamics license.
