Hi,
I'm trying to restrict users from entering text until the chatbot provides selectable options. I observed that this capability exists in Power Apps under the "Ask a Virtual Agent" chatbot. Is this feature available in the updated version of Copilot Studio? If so, could you please guide me on how to disable the chat window?

this feature is not available out of the box in Copilot Studio - however you could use a custom canvas chat windows and remove the text input. See the documentation: Customize the Web Chat canvas - Microsoft Copilot Studio | Microsoft Learn
