Hello again,
Im working on a big Power Apps Project and the last big problem is to export a checklist for a customer.
I created a Power Apps App, in which you can answer around 100-200 questions. Every answer is saved in a Sharepoint List.
There are 3 different Parts: The first is a basic question formular in a Sharepoint List called Overview
The second formular contains specific questions and is called Checklist in Sharepoint
The third and last part is sort of a photoalbum which are saved in a PictureList as attachement
The Final goal is to take all entries and put it in a excel template. The Template is already done and has specific cells for the sharepint answers.
However what i found was not working for me:
I want to save specific checklists. Every checklist has a filename. These connect the 3 sharepoint lists together. One suggestion was working with EVERY list and not specific entries
another idea was basically to export it to an .csv file. This turned out to be a really long excel file with only 1 row.
Here is an example what i mean with checklist
Exceptionally would be a flow that enters the answer in the designated column
So to finish my question: How do i select specific Sharepoint entries and put them in the designated cells in excel? Or if this isnt possible, how can i create a direct pdf with a header including the company logo, and a disclaimer, etc...
