Print() function is not bringing up my browser's print dialogue

Hey guys,

As the title suggests, I have a page to print screen. I create an icon, On Select = Print(), I preview my app in PowerApps, and the print dialogue doesn't open in my browser at all.

I've tried the latest versions of Edge, Chrome and Firefox. All three print dialogues simply aren't showing up. If I hit Ctrl+P the browser's print dialogue shows up no problem.

Is there something I'm missing? Is there a machine specific function I need to enable on this computer?

Hey @amitchandak, thanks for your help, however these links don't address my problem. The print dialogue simply isn't showing up on different many computers that I've tried now.

I am in the same boat; the Print() function won't bring up the print dialog on my computer. Do you have a solution or an alternative way to solve this?

    I'm having a similar problem.

ODDLY though, it works from Power Apps when I click to "Play" the app. When I publish the app and display it through the SharePoint Power App web part - it doesn't trigger the print dialogue screen.

Same here. Did you find a solution for it?

It will not trigger the "Print Dialogue" screen when shown through the SharePoint web part.

Currently it is just a limitation of the web part. When you view the app through the SharePoint web part, it just doesn't work. Unfortunately, there is nothing I've found in Microsoft documentation that will address this anytime soon.
