Hello everyone,
I've successfully developed a PVA bot in Microsoft Teams using the PVA connector. The bot has been deployed within the environment named "ABCXYZ," which corresponds to a dedicated channel within Teams having around 5-6 members.
I'm curious to know whether individuals outside our Teams channel, specifically those not part of "ABCXYZ," have the capability to utilize my bot.
Additionally, I'm seeking clarity on whether there are any limitations on the number of concurrent users who can access my bot at any given time.
Your insights and guidance on these matters would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!
When you Publish your Bot you have the ability to make it available to other users within other Teams. But if the bot is built using the client inside Teams then you can only Publish the bot and make it available to other Teams users. But if you do that they don't need to be a member of the ABCXYZ team. If you have used any Dataverse for Teams tables you also need to set them so other users have Colleague access.
