PowerApps application access to external users without any license

Hi,

Just need to confirm it, is there a way to give access of powerapps application to external users without providing any license (ms office 365, per app plan, etc...)?

Like we can onboard the users as contractor in Fieldglass (don't know much about this)

Hi,

I don’t believe there’s a way for Power Apps. We can give external access or sorts - but generally you’d have to add the user(s) as a guest user to your tenant. They would then still need the associates license - not just to use the app but to interact with what lever data source(s) the app uses.

Power Pages works well for external access and is charged differently, but I’ve no hands on with that to advise further.

Not sure on the licensing for Power Pages tbh. I know there used to be a model around no of visits or something, not users. Not sure if that’s still a thing
