Nice table! What is your question?
Hello!
This table I created in the Infopath, my doubts is what's the best way to create it in power apps?
With a "Blank Vertical Gallery" control connected to your SharePoint Data Source.
Than every item in your Gallery is a row in the above screenshot. Every Cell that you would enter data in would be a TextInput control in your Gallery, and every calculated cell a Textlabel.
The column headers you can create with Textlabels, as you would do with the page header and the calculated sum "Delta Total Final"
