Literature on PVA to Live Agent Handover

Hi Folks

From PVA , I would like to escalate the Topic to a live agent. The agents are within external third party ( non MFST ) systems and looks like I need to build a custom adapter ( ) via Direct line (Add a chatbot to mobile and web apps - Power Virtual Agents | Microsoft Learn).

Has anyone already solved this ? Is there some end to end tutorial on how to handle this? How to register directline , plugin the custom code etc etc ?
