Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

Hi,

I am trying to figure out if the team that I am creating for dataverse for teams should be private or public.

Here is the security model:

Owner --> Developers

Members --> Power users who can edit, and add records,...

Share with Colleagues --> They have a view access to most of the tables and modify permission on a special table

It seems that I have to create private team to achieve this and do not let people to join by themselves as members.

However I remember that I read somewhere that there is a limitation with Private team but I can not find it again.

Can some one help me to to understand pros and cons of using private over public?
