Column changes not reflected on model driven Power Fx command bar.

We are writing Patch action on a command button on a model driven main grid.

We have changed display name of an existing column and added two new columns. All of them are lookup columns.

After the change, we came back to the editor of Power Fx  command  bar, but the changes are not reflected, so the names of new or edited columns are not recognized ;(

It seems there is no menu or button to  refresh table schemas.

Any ideas to solve this problem?

What we’ve done is:

- Clear browser cache

-Delete the table from model drive app and add it again

-Add a new custom button and rewrite the formula

You need to load the component library from any command button you have, Then click File Save and then Publish and then reload your command editor again , the column should re-appear.

Thank you for your quick help!!

You saved our time a lot, now we see the new columns.

Your blog seems great, too, We will time to time refer to it.

Yep - I've tried this too. It might have worked once but it doesn't seem to work anymore. If I open the component designer it can see the newly added fields, and I can use them in my formulas. However if I return to the command designer it doesn't see them and the formulas don't run. It also seems to lock itself out in the editing process which is really frustrating.

    1. After creating the table, click "Advanced", then "Publish Table".

    2. On the app editing page, go to "Data" on the leftmost panel, choose "Add Data", then search for and click the new table.
