Power Automate Approval Email Format Issue

(0) ShareShare

Hi,
Im pretty new to Power Automate and managed to overcome most little snags here and there but Im having an issue with the email coming out from a Power Automate flow when requesting approval,
The data im pulling through from an MS form is showing but its pushed to the right hand side and on the left the submitting user's initials are shown in a blue box.
Anyone had the same issue?
I really just want the email to be easy to read, if theres a way to get rid of that left column that would be ideal.
Screenshot below of the email in outlook

The behavior you’re describing is related to the default rendering of Power Automate's built-in approval email template. Specifically:
    • The left-hand column, featuring the initials in a blue box, is a standard element of the approval email format. It represents the user who triggered the approval or submitted the request.
    • The right-aligned section contains the actual approval details or form data.
There are two options to resolve it

    1. Disable the default Approval notification
Instead send an email asking them to approve via Power Automate or Teams.
