I am working on an app that tracks goals for employees. All of the goals are stored in Dataverse, and in the app are eventually filtered into a gallery based on a specific user and year. What I need help with is this:
Is it possible to "Approve" every goal loaded in my gallery with a single button click, and have the status of every goal in that gallery get updated to "Approved"?
I know it is easy to manually approve each individual record inside my gallery, but I have been asked to add an "Approve All" button if possible. I'll include an image that has some fake data in it. The Buttons were from various ways I had tried to perform the updates.
I was not sure if the checkboxes in the gallery would help or not, but I think this would be a bit pointless if the person approving the goals has to click every check box.
Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated!
