I am Anitha, currently I am using omnichannel admin center app to get the post survey conversation star rating control after my chat so, is it possible using any other way rather than using omnichannel. for example is it possible using power automate flow or CSS or html to get star rating after my conversation. If your using Omni Channel, you should be able to connect your surveys to Customer Voice and instead use surveys authored in customer voice. The end user/customer experience is going to be different though to the PVA feedback stars rating as it links to the full Customer Voice form (embedded or link). Your survey results are captured through the Customer Voice functionality then (which also is a dataverse table).
