Is there a way to login user through Power Virtual Agent?For example, the user wants to get some sensitive data (some bank account info), and we need to be sure that it's authorized user.Is there a way to use some login card here? If yes, is there any examples, tutorials about it?

User authentication is coming in December https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform-release-plan/2019wave2/power-virtual-agents/planned-features
Alternatively you could ask the the user to enter their emails address and use Flow to send them a code to use to authenticate in your Bot

We have just released User Authentication (in the left nav, under Manage, you'll see Authentication). Please give it a try and let us know your feedback. Thanks, Gitika.
A few of us are having problems when the authentication tries to redirect back to the bot
