Copilot responds differently in Copilot Studio and Teams channel

Hello, from couple of days I am having an issue with the behavior of my custom Copilot.
 
It is configured to use Sharepoint website as knowledgebase and specified external website.
 
For some reason the Copilot provides different results in Copilot Studio and in Teams channel. I am asking the same question but I am getting different results - responds as expected in Copilot Studio but the response in Teams is unsatisfactory. It looks like in Teams the copilot does not triggers the specified topic and provides completely different response.
 
All of this happened the last few days, I believe after the latest update. Before that everything was working great.
 
Does anyone else have similar issue?
 
Any suggestions please?

    We opened an incident with Microsoft as we were finding the same inconsistent responses.
     
    There is a planned fix coming in Decembers update. :)

    I am using the default Microsoft Entra ID configuration and it worked great before the latest update. I hope this would get corrected by Microsoft.

    Copilot responds differently in Copilot Studio and Teams channel
    By default, Copilot Studio uses Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) for authentication, which works seamlessly in environments like Microsoft Teams. If authentication is disabled or misconfigured, Copilot may lack the necessary permissions to access SharePoint data in Teams.

    I’m experiencing this issue: some users receive responses correctly, while others just keep getting, “I'm sorry, I'm not sure how to help with that. Can you try rephrasing?”

    Has anyone found a solution for something similar?
