Hi All,

Anyone know a way of setting up an automated sync of suggested topics?

Example: my team has SharePoint FAQ site, I create a chat bot based on suggested topics from the FAQ. Later we update the the FAQ and add more content, is there a way to make the suggested topics auto-sync and present the new options/topics?

Hi @Anonymous

Currently the only option is to run the suggested topics again.

It will not auto sync.

You can re-run suggested topics but you will then have duplicates.

@Anonymous The alternative is to have a button on your FAQ site which shows only by created on today/new. Once you click on the button it must change the partial url. You can then sync it to PVA. Otherwise as @RezaDorrani said currently auto-sync is not available.
