Developing Power Application that would need to get the IP Address of the logged in user so that I can include that information in a sharepoint list that I have created to record Audit Log of my Power Application

PowerApps doesn't provide a built-in function to directly retrieve the IP address of the logged-in user. However, there are some workarounds that can be used to capture the IP address and store it in a SharePoint list or another data source.

One possible way is to create a custom PCF (PowerApps Component Framework) component that retrieves the IP address of the client and passes it to the PowerApps. This can be achieved by using JavaScript to make a request to a third-party API that returns the client's IP address. The PCF component can then be added to the PowerApps form and used to populate a field in the SharePoint list with the IP address value.
