Good Morning

Greetings from Scotland.

I’m looking for some suggestions on how to approach the following as a newbie Power Automate Premium User

I want to either create either.

  1. Weekly Post to a dedicated Teams Channel
  2. As above but to Teanms chat
  3. Weekly email to pre-defined group of assignees.

The email or post in this example would be ā€œImportant Websites/Linksā€

The idea is that we have so many processes  and important links I would like to make it easy for people so they always have the latest list of handy links grouped in an easy on the eye format

I would like to send this in Rich  Text Format and Im not sure this is even possible?

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Department  X Useful Links

Important Process Links

Important Project Links

  • Project Link 1 www
  • Project Link 2 www
  • Project Link 3 www

++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

Would you do this in Power Automate or would you approach this in another way?

I have dabbled on Power Apps but for a very different purpose.

Thanks

Jimmy

    Would the websites links be stored in a SharePoint list?

    If yes, you can build a recurrence flow that gets items from the list and then use select and Create HTML table options to build an HTML markup which can be provide to the email body, Teams message or chat. This video should help

    Hey @SudeepGhatakNZ

    The links table/source can be anything. So I can create the share point list page and use that as my source.

    I had a quick glance of that video. Great stuff.  This will open my eyes to using Power Automate and how I may use this within teh team for more Biz Process flows.

    Thanks again.
