Hi,

I am new to power virtual agent. Please help me to understand the difference between building a chatbot in MS team and building a chatbot in web based version of power virtual agent in terms of pricing, license, features etc.

Also, can we built a flow in power automate web based app and call it in Microsoft teams power virtual agent?

or the flows created in Microsoft teams power automate can only be called from Microsoft teams power virtual agent?

Thanks in advance!!!

I have the same question (0)

    Hi @vishakhakolhe ,

You can see a table comparing everything: Get access to Power Virtual Agents - Power Virtual Agents | Microsoft Docs

Basically, when you are developing a PVA for Teams, it is not possible to move that bot to PVA for Web, and the flows are different and it is not reused for both platforms.

But you can have a PVA for Teams or PVA for Web, and publish it into the Web or Teams (vice-versa).

The main difference that is: PVA for Teams is a bot that you can reuse across your Microsoft 365 license.

    Hi renatoromao,

    Thank you for the response.

If we want to integrate power automate flow with microsoft teams power virtual agent then can we developed that flow in power automate web apps or we can only develop a flow in power automate which is available within microsoft teams?

    Hi @vishakhakolhe ,

I recommend you to develop within PVA for Teams, then you can reuse across Power Automate web using that great documentation here: Where Are My Flows When Building Power Virtual Age... - Power Platform Community (microsoft.com)
