I recently enabled Copilot for one of our Power Portals using the checkbox/switch in the Power Portal settings (see Microsoft’s documentation). The system successfully deployed the Copilot, and it is visible within Copilot Studio. However, when testing the out-of-the-box (OOB) Copilot in Studio, it immediately throws the following error:
"A total of 0 component(s) exist in the bot, but none are valid. Error code: InvalidContent." (error codes documentation)
Upon investigation, it appears the Copilot does not trigger any Topic or catch any Intent because none exist. When I checked the Topics tab, it was entirely empty, despite the documentation indicating that nine system topics and four custom topics should be generated automatically.
Additionally, when attempting to manually add a topic, the system perpetually displays a loading indicator without any progress or changes. Disabling and re-enabling the Copilot feature within the Power Portal settings has no effect on resolving the issue, other than removing the deployed bot and adding it again.
Also, I've deployed another bot manually and everything works as expected.
I have already created a ticket within Power Platform; however, the progress stalled as the support team simply redirected me to the public documentation that I had already reviewed. Unfortunately, the documentation does not address this specific issue or provide a resolution.
Please let me know if you'd like further refinements or any additional details included!
