I have a HTML Text control that displays an image using a hyperlink stored in a sharepoint list. It has been working fine for months, on both desktop browser and the PowerApps mobile app. In the last couple of days, with no changes made, the images stop loading on the mobile app. Instead of the image, a grey box outline is displayed.
I tried some troubleshooting:
Confirmed it's working on desktop browser - multiple browser types.
Replicated / Confirmed issue with another user.
Added a border to the <img src> in the HTML Text control. It added a border around the outside of the grey box outline.
Confirmed all borders for the HTML Text control are black/transparent, so that's not it either.
This appears to be related to the PowerApps mobile app not liking the location of the image - which was not changed prior to this issue starting. Once I replaced "http" with "https" it began to work again. This is related to the MSN Weather Forecast Icon grabbed from the MSN Weather connector. When the forecast icon is stored in a sharepoint list and obtained through a gallery, the image will show blank or with a grey box outline in mobile app view.
