Can you convert to CSV and try?
The error doesn't look familiar, so please bear with me in troubleshooting.
The 'Status Code' included in the error message is probably an indication that you are attempting to change/set the "Status Reason", but do not have the "Status" field also included in the file with an appropriate value for the status reason you are trying to use.

This looks like you are specifically working with Finance & Operations and dual-write with Dataverse? I am not overly familiar with this but you might be hitting some configuration issues? The following page talks about 404 errors during the initial configuration of dual-write. Sorry if this does not help but I am hoping you can review the 404 error within this document and see if it aligns.
