Impossible to delete a PowerApp form for Sharepoint

Hello,

 

I added by curiosity a PowerApp form in Sharepoint doing like that and publishing it :

It is now impossible for me to delete it. I am wondering if I have to delete the whole list to start all over again to get rid of this form...

I tried this, but I don't have the "Form Settings" in my List Settings page.

The thing that is the closest is this, but it does not work:

If I go there to list all the applications, it seems that it does not exist and I cannot delete it:

Can you help me finding how to delete this Form please?

    Go into your SharePoint Form Settings and do this

    Thank you but the thing is that I do not have "Form Settings" on the List setting page, as you can see below (sorry it's in french):

    Hi @maxroucool ,

    I assume you built this in SharePoint, not Lists ? If so I suggest you lodge a Support Ticket with Microsoft as I have never struck this before.
