365 Outlook Connector Issue

Hello everyone,

I have built a canvas app, but when I add a Power Automate flow which use sending an email action, users could not properly give the permission for this Outlook connector. I tried remove the flow from the app and shared it to users, but they always getting this issue even when I removed from the app.

I haven't got this error, only users who is shared the app getting the error. I only know that users e-mails stored on-premises. Is that causing this error, or the connector the limitation because of that?

Also, I shared the screenshot of the screen you can find more detail.

I'm glad if you help me on this. Thanks in advance.

This error can occur if the mailbox is on a dedicated Microsoft Exchange Server and is not a valid Microsoft 365 mailbox. To get a valid Microsoft 365 mailbox, submit a request to your Exchange or Global administrator to migrate the mailbox account.

    Firstly, thanks four your answer,

I think is it enough migrate the mailboxes only users will use the canvas app, isn't it?

If it is not approved by my organization or admin, alternatively can I use the SMTP or smth. for the same purpose?

    Thanks
