How can I filter the datatable, I want only show the 1 - 20 records of my datasource I already try this CountRows('FinalDataSource') <= 20 but it shows nothing.

You need to use FirstN method:
FirstN(Sort(Filter(...)), 20)
FirstN( Table , 20 )
