I am able to view data but there is no option/icon to edit or delete that record.I am configuring fine from my side but its not appearing when i open portal.See config screenshot:Portal Screen:Thanks

The most likely cause for missing edit and delete buttons is because you haven't configured the entity permissions correctly.
The first step is to make sure that you've created an entity permission record for your entity.

There's a built in web role called 'Anonymous Users'.
If you want to uses to be able to see the edit and delete buttons, you can add assign your entity permission record to this role.
Once you've done this, the edit and delete buttons should be visible.
Still one thing was missing, you need to tick on Enable Entity Permission in PowerApps Portal Form also.
