Hey! Guys. I have this Date and Time type Column in Sharepoint list named Appointment Day and Time. I only want to get the value of Time ignoring the date and to display it in the text label or text box in the powerapps. My Sharepoint list name is Appointments. Any help would be appreciated.

    Try with this

    Text(ThisItem.Created,"hh:mm:ss")

    Hi @Anonymous

    Try this:

    Text(ThisItem.'Appointment Day and Time', "hh:mm AM/PM");

    Text(ThisItem.'Appointment Day and Time', DateTimeFormat.ShortTime) //in 24H replace with ShortTime24

    If you have any questions or feedback, please let me know. Have a great day! 😊

    ThisItem refers to the selected item in a gallery, in your case: how are you displaying the information of the other columns on the screen? see how it is placed in the other columns and replace ThisItem by the value you have in the other columns

    I am not using a gallery it's just a text box or text label in powerapps.

    But you are getting the information from SharePoint right? How do you fill that textbox or textlabel with the SharePoint information? Well, as you show the rest of the fields, in the one you want to show only the date, change ThisItem to the one you have in the rest of the fields.

    If you are using a Form, you need to unblock datacard to change Default property with the value that we have indicated

    Hi @Anonymous

    You first have to select the record for which time you want to show in the label using a LookUp.

    Text(
     LookUp(Employees, ID = YourID, 'Appointment Day and Time'),
     DateTimeFormat.ShortTime
    )

    The LookUp returns 1 row and then you can select the Appointment Day and Time to view in ShortTime.

    If you have any questions or feedback, please let me know. Have a great day! 😊

    I just misread your last comment >  just a text box or text label in powerapps.

    We need the text box or text label with the time you want to use:

    Text(
     Label1.Text,
     DateTimeFormat.ShortTime
    )

    If you have any questions or feedback, please let me know. Have a great day! 😊
