Inventory Management table relationships

I work for a Manufacturing company and I'm building a PPE management system I want to capture how many of each items are in stock (gloves, overalls, hard hats, etc)

They each come in sizes.

When an item is issued to a staff member i want stock levels of that item in its specific size to reduce.

When a supervisor reserves items for his team the same should happen.

If they wana reserve more than is available, error should display.

I want to be able to go on an employees profile and see when last they received what PPE. When PPE sizes of a staff member is loaded, they shouldn't be able to check out a different size item.

ADVISE ME ON THE TABLES AND RELATIONSHIPS OF TABLES IN THIS MODEL DRIVEN APP PLEASE.

I have the same question (0)

Hello, @JamesMasebe, I went through your requirements, and I can imagine that your ERD should look something like this: Make sure that PK are alternate keys in Dataverse tables and FK are the lookup columns in the tables.
