Not seeing Customer Service Hub App in Dynamics 365 to use Service Management

Hi Experts,

 

I am working to get the Knowledge Article integration with Portal so that users can see all the posts done in Knowledge Article.

But to enable the portal integration with Knowledge Article, I am not able to see the Service Management Option in Dynamics 365 and I can't see the Customer Service Hub App.

 

What can be the reason for this and how to get those to enable the Knowledge Base Article to use in Portal.

 

Help me with this, any help will be appreciable.

    Hi Amit,

     

    Are you using CDS envrionment? looks like D365 CRM envrionment is able to use  Customer Service Hub App

    But as per below link, Customer Service Hub is by default available right?

    Not sure how your response was selected as solution but I have checked in the Admin Center and I am seeing below (Not able to see Customer Service Hub App) and also not getting any install option.

     

    Customer Service App Issue.Customer Service App Issue.

     

    Please help me in understanding why I am not able to see.

    Hi Amit,

     

    Could you please check if the Customer Service Application was installed in your CRM environment.

     

    1. Go to Dynamics CRM Admin Center

    2. Select your environment and click the solution

    3. Install Customer Service Application
