Hi Experts,
I am working to get the Knowledge Article integration with Portal so that users can see all the posts done in Knowledge Article.
But to enable the portal integration with Knowledge Article, I am not able to see the Service Management Option in Dynamics 365 and I can't see the Customer Service Hub App.
What can be the reason for this and how to get those to enable the Knowledge Base Article to use in Portal.
Help me with this, any help will be appreciable.
