Hi All,

Is there a way that the SharePoint list form i created with Power Apps, be shared with users in a link form- so that whenever they open that link- the form opens up in web browser.

Thanks

    hmmm "SharePoint list form i created with Power Apps" it seems you talking a bout a few things here. do you want the user to open the app in the browser or the SharePoint form?

    The link of the app can be found in the details section of the app, you will notice web link, copy and send that to the user and the user will open the app in the browser.

    Click on Apps

    Then Click on ellipse "..." of the app you wish to share as a link, click on details

    Hi @Anonymous ,

    Do you want to open the sharepoint custom form by using url?

    I'm afraid it's not supported to only open one sharepoint custom form by using url.

    Please notice that:
    sharepoint custom form is only a sharepoint form, not a real powerapps app.

    So actually this sharepoint custom form does not has app link like powerapps app.

    If you want to view sharepoint custom form's link, you could do this:
    1)open this sharepoint custom form in powerapps

    2)File->save->publish->see all versions

    3)->details->web link

    Then if click that web link, you will navigate to the sharepoint list that this custom form belongs to, not directly open this sharepoint custom form.

    To open this custom form, you also need to operate in that sharepoint list.

    To make others have permission to this sharepoint list, you need to set permission of this sharepoint list.

     People who have permission to this shaepoint list, will have permission to open this sharepoint custom form.

    Best regards,

    @v-yutliu-msft This means that for the web-link of the power apps form that opens on the whole browser window that on the SP list, i need to create the form from scratch in Power App itself. Thanks

    hi,

    To get the web link, please click at Share in the top ribbon when open as custom form in power app.
    Cencal out the Share interface and get the web link.
    also you can get the App ID from here.

    Hope it works for you.
