Doubts about Billed Sessions in Power Virtual Agent

Hi everyone,

I have the doubt about the charge of the billed session in the PVA, reading the documentation, all the interactions between bot-user counts as a Billed Session, I'm correct?

Hi @Anonymous ,

Not exactly.

Basically, we consider 1 session:

- 100 messages between bot and user

- 60 minutes of the conversation

- Not reset the conversation (update the page or something like that)

Thanks a lot Renato, do you know any client using this service? I'm calculating the cost of the PVA for the client and the value seems to be expensive.
Aprox 5.000 USD per 10.000 sessions per month...

Yes, we have some customers using the PVA.

I can suggest you to use the PVA for Teams, you just need the Microsoft 365 license.
