I have created a Microsoft forms query:
Here the hours of the employees are queried:
For example, it asks how many hours the employee has invested in line work and how much in projects.
This data is generated into an Excel list with the help of Powerautomate...
so far so good...
Now we have the problem that in the company projects are added and projects are completed....
Thus, every 2-3 months the forms query must be changed.

But the project A becomes for example project XYZ in the future... how do I get these changes into the process?
