I've been tasked with building a carpark booking app for our office as it's currently done manually with an excel spreadsheet and we want to automate it. I've been trying to find a step by step guide on how to build it using SharePoint lists and PowerApps/Power Automate but not had much luck, has anyone built one or could guide me on how to?

Requirement:
I have a carpark with 30 spots available.
Staff need to be able to book spots up to 365 days in advance.
They need to be able to book a spot for 1 or multiple days
When a spot is booked it becomes unavailable for any other staff members to select or book.
When a spot is booked they get an email notification with the spot number.
Once booked staff need to be able to
Change dates - this moves the booking to the new dates and releaseses to spot so others can book it on the previously booked dates.
Cancel a booking - Releaseing the spot for others to book.

Booking, managing and cancelling should all be achieveable either on a webpage or app.

Can anyone help?
For context I am a novice with the power platform so the simpler the better :)

Here's a few videos by Arpil Dunnam of her Desk Booking Application. I know you're looking for guidance of Car Park Booking but I think the concept will be similar - just swap the desk details with Car Parking details.

    Hope this is helpful.

    Kind regards,
