You did not say how you were collating these checkbox values, but I suspect they are in a Gallery and writing to a Collection ? I am also assuming here the Items of the collection is the field Skills. If all of this is true, the Update of the Data Card you have your gallery in would be
Concat(
YourCollectionName,
Skills & ","
)
or if you want to get rid of the last comma
With(
{
wSkills:
Concat(
YourCollectionName,
Skills & ","
)
},
Left(
wSkills,
Len(wSkills) -1
)
)
