Hi,

I have Power Apps that helps people to enter the new projects with project id, Title, Description, due date etc.

Once the user submit the project it will go for approval and other things then later if the requester or approver come and see the project details in power apps everything looks good except the Project Description field, it is showing some HTML tags inside the text box. Below is the image for it. Kindly need some one help for this.

    Hi,

You'll want to use the Rich Text editor instead. This way the HTML should be kept and you can edit more *creatively*.

    Hello @Clue ,

Is that something i can go and add this Rich text box instead of Multiple line text in the screen where i add my new project scree and other screens where people can view there project details too. I see in my View mode also it is showing the same. I have a SharePoint list with all the projects fields and when the Requester want to add new projects they use this Power Apps.

I think I understand what you mean. There is an HTML text box that you can use for simple displaying. Simply set the HtmlText property to your text:

Hope this works and that it answers your question:)

Maybe I was unclear. Yes, you can add the Rich Text Editor where you have an input and the Html Text box for simply viewing.

Yes, but how. In what way are you trying to save the information? Are you using SubmitForm()? How do you save it to the SharePoint List?

Re: How to remove HTML tags in power apps Multiple text

    Okay, thank you.

You need to change the Field's Control Type to "Edit Rich Text", see the image below:

    Hope this helps!
