Hello!
You have a PowerApps Canvas application that doesn't require any premium functionality. However, you want to invoke a Premium Flow (Word Online Business), meaning the Flow should run when a button in the app is clicked.
The user has a Power Automate per user plan, which should be sufficient for using the Flow. However, when you add the Flow to the application, the system starts requesting a Premium PowerApps license for using the app.
Your question is as follows: Does this mean that I can only use Premium Flows with a Premium PowerApps license within the app? Did I possibly do something wrong?
Hi @markusandor ,
From my experience, a Premium Power Automate plan allows you to create, work with and develop flows with premium connectors, however a Premium Power Apps plan is required for using apps with premium connectors.
Within my organisation, I have a Power App with a Premium Power Automate Connector ( the word template one, same as yours). My users do not require a premium Power Automate plan to use this, however they do require a Premium Power Apps plan which allows them to use the connected flow.
Hope this helps.
