Cannot create new dataverse table

Hello, since this morning when I create a table I have this message: The entity with EntityId = '19f08297-a8d3-f011-8543-000d3a95bfcc' was not found in the MetadataCache.LazyDynamicMetadataCache with version 7803343 and timestamp 7803343

Even after having this message the table is created anyway, but the table is corrupted with error in model driven app, no forms available and I imagine other missing components, and when I try to remove the table I have this message:

Any idea on the issue, i'm in the development environment

@djidji,

Do you have OptionSet Dependencies?

Go to Tables → Columns → Choices.

If the OptionSet ID mentioned in the error exists, delete or repair it.

Caching Issue

Go to Power Apps Maker Portal → Settings → Session → Clear Cache.

Sign out and sign back in.

Try creating the table again.

Use Advanced Settings to Delete

Navigate to Advanced Settings → Customizations → Customize the System → Entities.

Locate the corrupted entity and delete it from there.

If deletion still fails, use Power Platform Admin Center → Solutions → Remove from solution.

If none of the inputs helps you to resolve the issue then Raise a ticket with Microsoft Support and provide Environment ID, Error Code and Option Set and Entity Id.

I got the same exception. Is it a recent issue.

error I got : The entity with EntityId = 'be6e5c41-2c40-f011-877a-7ced8d04e452' was not found in the MetadataCache.LazyDynamicMetadataCache with version 94186252 and timestamp 94186252

Hello,

I found a solution that allowed me to correct the first corrupted table and correct the second corrupted table to use it, first when you go to:

Advanced Settings → Customizations → Customize the System → Entities.

The table does not appear, you have first to add the table to a random solution, then wait some minutes and all the missing depedencies will appear again, like relationship or forms that were empty before.

Finally the table becomes removable from the environment.

I haven't tried the cache thing yet so I don't know if clearing it solve the creation issue I'll try it when I have time, i'd really like to have feedback on it if someone try.
