In my workplace, all users have Microsoft 365 license. If I create a canvas power app with standard connectors, and share it with users within my organization, do the users require "per user" license?

It depends on your Microsoft 365 license, but with most licenses, your users should not need a Premium License (e.g. per user) if you stick to standard connectors.
