I need a random generator that will not choose the same question in different screens.

So you don't really want a random item but a "shaped" random list. Could you not just use the Rand() function and then check to make sure it was not the same as the previous? Or create a collection of Rand() numbers and then use the Distinct() function to strip out repeats?
