Migration from dev to prod

Hii all,

I have created a Powerapps and Automate flows that uses the OneDrive, Sharepoint, Excel, Ms Forms linked to the Office Id that was given by the customer. Now after the development is completed, in future they may delete that Office Id.

I need to know how to migrate all the connections so that deleting the ID won't affect the app and flows

One solution i came across is to ask for a service account from the customer. But i haven't worked on it before.

    HI @hrana4375 ,

As you had mentioned, Service Account is the ideal way . Two ways to achieve that.

Once a service account is created, add Co-Ownership to the App and the Flows. In that way, while the App is being exported and Imported, you can ensure the connections are against the service account.

Secondly , If the service account is taking much time to get it created, add another user as co-owner so that the apps and flows will never get impacted if your account is deleted.

Please let me know if you have any queries.
